We went to dinner with 8 people last night including a toddler. Drinks were picked up quickly. These were quickly in place. We were allowed to order the meal on this train. After 1 1 / 2h struck we got our order. In the meantime the phone rang continuously. One customer after the other has picked up their order. It seemed to us as if the counter customers had priority. The food was great however the last time we were in this mess.

The staff does not know their own menu, sometimes seems annoyed and forgetful, we have never received a real bill for years (a rogue who thinks bad ...) - a shame, because the food is actually quite good ...

It is nice to sit outside and should be able to cope with the fact that what is ordered is not necessarily put on the table. The only thing that seems Italian here is the name 'Bella Italia' and maybe the parasols ....

Nice place, good food, nice staff, friendly pricing. We were here for several times during our vacation in Schwarzwald. If you come in right when they open, you'll be seated, else the seats might be gone.

Disastrous service you will simply be ignored after a quarter of an hour you won't even get the menu! The two waitresses ran past us several times without greeting as if we weren't there. We were there last time! A. Auerbach

Quality of pizzas, drinks and service left a lot to be desired. But the location is nice if you can sit outside.

The food was really delicious, pizza and tagiatelle tasted really good. The service (waitress) is underground, long waiting times, no friendliness, no interest or attentive service .... Even my cyclist was cleared, although it was not empty. Unfortunately, the lady seems to have fun at the job.

Very nice staff and children friendly, the restaurant does not look like much at first glance, but the food is excellent. The starter came immediately and, like the pizza bread, was very tasty, we also ate the main course completely. After the very tasty pizza we were so full that unfortunately no dessert could fit in. We'll be happy to do that next time.

Poor service. There was no greeting. We had the impression that the waitress made "circumstances" to assign us a table at all. She immediately stood at the table and wanted to pick up the drinks, even though she had just put the menu on the table for us. So we gave up the drink order and when we received it, she immediately wanted to take the meal order. We asked for another moment to choose because she ran away annoyed. We will no longer visit this pizzeria and also know from friends that the same happened to them .... We can leave our money elsewhere! A pity
